At Skin by A, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to give you the personalized care your skin deserves. To respect your time, Adriana’s schedule, and that of other clients, we ask that you review and honor the following policies:
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need of care.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. This fee must be paid before rebooking.
NO-SHOWS
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments will require pre-payment in full.
RUNNING LATE?
We understand life happens. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client or may need to be rescheduled—subject to a late cancellation fee.
BOOKING POLICY
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
